This morning @dekranas.id organized exhibition of SMEs on Cultural Based Industry, such as traditional fabrics and accessories. This time Lampung woven cloth are being showcased. The event was opened by First Lady and also attended by Second Lady. I had the opportunity to explained to First Lady @ibunegara_id about some of the featured hand made fabrics that are made with natural colorings and with special style of doing them called TENUN JELUJUR. @pertiwi_indonesia a social based community also present in a booth there to showcase the finished products made by local SMEs. These products are made into cloth for sarongs, designer blouse, home decor products, etc. Given that, SMEs portion contributes to 2/3 (two third) of our economy, and more than 90% of workers market absorbtion it is wise for every related parties to give enough focus, attention and help to this sector.
