Thirty-Two on Nine Sixteen. 🎈🎂 My focus this year is on growing and healing. You have to heal to be able to live. There’s a big difference between living and existing. I am starting to truly understand the meaning of that. I’m learning the harsh realities of adulthood. Omg you guys, I’m adulting! 🤣 For real though, if something doesn’t serve you love, happiness, appreciation, friendship, comfort, safety, support, confidence and strength - learn to walk away from it or be open about speaking up. Every day, I am aspiring to be more than my challenges. It’s not easy, but I hope I can inspire others to learn this too. I haven’t been open about my journey in recent times, but I plan to change that because deep down, I know my purpose is to help others. Being different doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to be celebrated. Going through challenges doesn’t mean you have to shy away from the world. Always remember above all, the most important relationship you’ll ever have, is with yourself. Learn to embrace your feelings, don’t be scared of them. Facing pain and not allowing it to destroy you, is one of the best relationships I’ve committed to. As I slowly make my way back into social media, I hope I can help and inspire others along the way! Remember, if we’re all in together, we’re not alone. Friends and fam asked me for weeks, “Anya what do you want for your birthday”....The biggest gift for me this year IG Fam, is spread kindness🙏🏼 You never truly know the whole story of what someone has on their plate behind closed doors—so be thoughtful, understanding and KIND.
