SHIM is now planning our participation for @aquaartmiami this coming November 30-December 4. We are constantly trying to make the art world more globally networked, which means inclusive; affordable; curated; but also relevant and fun! We believe the art world has become joyless as it has become more “professionalized”. SHIM believes we all need more pleasure in this undertaking, and for Miami we plan on building a room of collectives that can be linked to digital QR codes inside the space that allows a frictionless interface to the Miami beaches, the surrounding fair area, and most importantly to those around the world with excellent content, but the inability to make their way to Miami in person.
