bingsu is my favourite type of shaved ice dessert because it is made from frozen cream or milk instead of water, which adds so much more flavour to the dessert. I used Dairyland Lactose Free milk for my bingsu because it’s a great option for those who are lactose intolerant. Plus, it's 100% Canadian milk!
