You can make them sweet or savory and load them up with your favorite toppings 😋 Grab the recipe below 👇 Made with Sencha Naturals Organic Matcha Powder from @costco ✨ Ingredients: 1 cup oat flour 2 tsp coconut sugar 1-2 tsp Sencha Naturals Organic Matcha Powder from @costco 1 cup non-dairy milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1-2 tbsp honey Instructions: In a medium bowl, sift oat flour, coconut sugar and matcha powder. Then whisk. Next, add milk, eggs, vanilla and honey. Whisk until well combined and no clumps remain. Then on low heat, pour enough batter to thinly coat the pan, rotate the pan around to move the batter, then cook until it starts to bubble up. Once it starts to bubble check with a spatula to see if you can flip it. If it's too wet, wait a few seconds and then flip once firm. Cook on the other side until done. Then repeat. Fill the crepes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
