Surfer On Shrooms Recipe: ▫️1 oz Jagermeister Manifest ▫️1 oz Shiitake Mushroom Rum ▫️1 oz Liber & Co Pineapple Gum Syrup ▫️3/4 oz Lemon Juice ▫️2 Drops 20% Saline ▫️Garnish with Pineapple Frond Shiitake Infused Rum ▫️275 ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum ▫️4 grams Dried Shiitake Mushrooms Combine the two in a container and steep for 3 hours then strain.
