From the second you step out of your car the pampering begins. The beauty of the place speaks for itself but it is the staff that truly separates this place from others. Every single one of them are 100% fully committed to ensuring they cater to your every want/need. The food was excellent, chefs were fantastic. The bartenders, Jorge and Poncho made sure your hand was never empty. Balam would not let you take anything to the trash can yourself. Daniel and Pascal made sure you had any and everything you needed on or off the grounds. This was a 50th birthday celebration with family and friends.....exceeded our every expectation. If you have the means treat yourself to this palace! You deserve it!
