Thank you @katiepiper_ for the chat about all things health, fitness and wellbeing for the October issue of @topsanteuk magazine. It's been a few weeks since Katie and I spoke and back then, when she described her non-negotiables - the things she does to feel good and turn up every day ie running - I nodded in agreement. Pre-holiday I was in a good routine of 3 x per week workouts and I felt GREAT for it. But in the past month, since holiday, my good habits have been lost. I've stopped working out and I'm eating badly as a result. So with Katie's good influence behind me, it's time for change!
We can all be motivated and positively impacted by others and that's why I love speaking to women about the great things they're doing for their health, in work and at home while juggling a million things. If we take away one new idea or feel a little bit more on track, thanks to someone else's wisdom or experience, that's a good thing, right? ⭐️
