Cabin bread! Y’all. I thought I had a scale and I didn’t. So this loaf was made by a lot of googling conversions from grams to cups/ounces and it worked! This really boosted my bread confidence. I knew what to look for in the dough to make a good loaf. Oh and this was proofed literally in a dinner bowl wrapped in a kitchen towel 😂 you don’t have to have fancy equipment to make good bread! #realbread #sourdoughbread
