Same. 😋 🎃 👏 These Pumpkin Pie Spice Protein Blondies are the creation of @balanced_bakes and she described them as “super soft, perfectly spiced, and boosted with some extra protein!” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup cashew butter 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp pumpkin purée 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest 1/4 cup brown sugar (or granulated sweetener of choice like monk fruit or coconut sugar) *optional: ~1/3 cup white chocolate chips ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl add your wet ingredients and mix. Then add the dry and mix well. Fold in your chocolate chips if using them, or whatever add ins you want! Press dough into your pan. Bake for 12 min tires. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container!
