Much needed fresh air 🌬 I didn't want to get off the sofa but I'm sooooo glad I dragged myself out for a walk this afternoon. Sometimes the last thing you want to do is exactly what you need! 🙌🏼 Today I'm regretting back to backing my last few months of pills. My body is not happy! And it explains why I've felt absolutely shattered/worn out/half dead the last few days ☠️ So, I listened to my body and sacked off my planned 9 mile coast path run today.
