You’re able to accommodate more clients in a day, it allows you time for last minute add on services in a day.... But it also helps you grow as a stylist. Having to mentor and teach someone how you’re working, what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, just makes things click more. Rather than just “doing it because” it forces you to think why? And I feel like that just makes you even more creative! Also, being able to watch your assistants grow into amazing stylists is such a gratifying experience...
