The Best Tuna Salad This recipe is from my Polish Mother in Law, Bożenna. I’m not sure if it’s a traditional recipe or not but this is how she makes it and it’s absolutely insane. It’s great meal prep, I had an amazingly tasty lunch for three days 👌🏼 Use chickpeas if you don’t eat fish and vegan mayo if you don’t do dairy. What you need: (serves 4 or serves 1 over a few days) * 2 cans of Tuna drained (I used brined) * 2 stalks of Celery, cubed * Half red onion, diced * 2-3 Salty Polish Pickles, cubed (use any pickles if you can’t find these but these are the best in my opinion) * 2 Eggs Grated * 1/2 cup of full fat Mayo (use half fat or 0% if like but it won’t taste as good 😜) * 1 tsp mustard * Handful of dill chopped finely (use chives if you don’t like dill) * Salt and Pepper to taste * Chives to garnish (optional) What to do: - Mix everything together and season to taste. - Sometimes I might add a touch of sweetness to balance the flavours (1/2 tsp of agave usually does it), up to you though! - Serve of crispy toast and get yourself a hot cup of tea...epic lunch 👍🏼 . #fyp #foryoupage #fy #foryou #viralrecipe #viralvideo #lunchrecipe #lunchinspo #easyrecipes #easyrecipe #easylunch #easylunchd #mealprep #lunchprep #mealprepping #tuna #fishrecipe #fish #tunamayo #polishfood#salad #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthyeating #viralvideo
