@themeathook had some REALLY REALLY special 10 y/o vintage beef so I did the only logical thing: buy up all the bones for soup. The animal has lived 10x longer than the regular cattle therefore has 10x the flavor. This broth took 3 days of intensive straining, tooling worrying so please be kind. TAINAN inspired broth with 15 different spice + a whole lotta fruits and vegetables. Also braised some shanks and short ribs with the soup (all from the same animal). Think we'll serve this at @wenwenbk not sure gotta ask @kathers_chen
