In skincare, prebiotics help keep the surface of the skin protected and restore a healthy microbiome balance, for strong and balanced skin. Products I've shown in reel: 🤍Cleansing Bar: with prebiotics and lactic acid, this is a gentle cleanser that can be used for face or body. I don't normally prefer bars as cleansers in a tube feel more comfortable to use, hence why I don't own lots of cleansing bars, but stored correctly, a cleansing bar can work just as fine as a regular cleanser (and it also means less packaging waste, which is great). This cleansing bar is gentle for sure! Not stripping, my skin feels smoother and the scent is subtle and lovely. 🧡Prebiotic Face Oil: formulated with a mix of active oils, prebiotics & postbiotic lipids to repair and strengthen the skin barrier (squalane, jojoba oil, oat oil, vitamin e). This is my favourite among the three shown! It is not too heavy and leaves my skin feeling super soft. Nourishing, came just in time now that my skin's feeling a lot drier with the change of season. The scent isn't my favourite but luckily it isn't overpowering. Overall, a nice facial oil. 🤎Face Mask & Scrub: with white kaolin clay, prebiotics and lactic acid to help support the skin microbiome, the mask aims to refine, brighten and brighten skin tone. Skin felt noticeably softer and though it was refreshing for my T-zone (I have combination skin for reference), it was a bit too much for my dry cheeks. I decided to take it one step forward and test it on the KP bumps on my arms, I'm pleased to notice it's been a great help so I'll most likely continue using it this way.
