Since joining the Broncos last year, Kate has played an influential role in the Brisbane Broncos Leadership team. Accountable for providing strategic advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership team on how to optimise the contribution of people to the business, and driving continuous improvement to deliver a renewed focus across the organisation in relation to people and culture strategies.⁠ ⁠ Prior to joining the Broncos, Kate spent 8 years with CBRE, a top tier commercial real estate consultancy firm, as the General Manager for Queensland and Director of Pacific Business Operations. Throughout her time with CBRE, Kate assisted in doubling the size of the Queensland business, and led a number of key operational projects for the Pacific business.⁠ ⁠ Throughout her career, Kate has learned firsthand the incredible impact that professional women have on the career aspirations of the next generation. She is extremely conscious of the important role that women in leadership today play in lifting the diversity of the senior leadership structures of tomorrow.
