The palate reveals exotic fruit. WE LOVE IT. Then we go by Jeep in Champagne 🇫🇷 with a very pure, extra brut Champagne from @champagnejeeper (Jeeper Man), 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay. Extreme finesse, between mineral notes and complex aromas. Definitely a Champagne for Rock (Minerality) Lover 🥰 100% Organic 🌿 Next, we ride until Penedès 🇪🇸, the famous wine area close to Barcelona to sip some amazing sparkling wine (Conca del Riu Anoia DO) from @raventosiblanc (Pepe Raventós). This sparkling wine are made with black grapes, Xarel-lo Vermell, Sumoll and Bastard Negre. Stunning vintage Blanc de noirs, nice elegant mousse with deep notes of cherry, orange peel, toast and nutmeg. The palate are elegant with a nice long finish. 100% Biodynamic 🌙 Also i recommend to every Nat’wine drinkers to buy his amazing naturals wines @cansumoi from the Serra de l’home range in the Penedès. It’s just a bomb of flavours. To finish, we back to USA in California (Carneros, Petaluma) 🇺🇸 with @crusewine (Michael Cruse 💯) to enjoy this amanzing Pet Nat (Pétillant Natural) 100% made from St-Laurent grape. On the nose its just funky enought for be in love direcly with some notes of cherries and spices, bright, lean and refresh, perfect to open during the summer. 100% Natural 🌎 Saint-Laurent 🍇, a highly aromatic dark-skinned grape is believed to have resulted from a crossing of Pinot noir with an unknown second parent from Austria 🇦🇹 .
