Apple cider from our crazy apple tree! Did you know you can boil your apple skins and cores to make cider? Just add cloves, cinnamon, and a bit of sugar and cover it all with water. It's amazing. The boys took the dock out of the lake yesterday. It's probably their least favorite day of the year and, as usual, they came back freezing... Little did they know I'd been boiling away.
