Catering/mostly edible installation for @highascandywine shop opening soirée 💘 hot chips, wild sorrel and lovage aioli, hazelnut cake, almond olive oil chocolate cake, and tempura lilies (that’s the non-edible part!! I believe some people tried them though..😳). I don’t have any pics of the tables at peak-bountiful bc the chips got eaten up so fast after coming out. So fun and gorge and amazing learning opportunity, thank you @kristine__mary for having me, @royalgala_ for being my assistant, and @kelmarna for the best herbs ever!!!! I really wanna make more deep fried flowers, hmu....🌸
