#AskDeepak "Hi Deepak, I had a spiritual experience around a year and a half ago, which I’ve since only been able to identify as what they call a spiritual awakening. It was amazing and my life changed drastically for about a week. I had a higher perspective, reconnected with my body and could see and feel the beauty all around me. After a week I was plunged back into my old way of being. I just can’t seem to operate anymore and I’ve never felt so disorientated and confused in my whole life. I’m not sure if I’m going mad or what’s happening to me. I’m really desperate for some help and advice, I don’t know how long I can carry on like this.
