The latest NYC concept from the Hogsalt group—a takeover of the NYC classic, Monkey Bar—has two burgers: a familiar-looking Double Cheeseburger and this intriguing Truffle Burger. Like many Hogsalt creations, the latter manages to be extremely decadent, but still balanced and very crave-able (Eliot polished one off in about 5 minutes).
