*organizes a 2.5-day international networking & empowering indoor-cycling event with @_houseofride … and then disappears for 1.5 months* Truth is, after Homecoming I didn’t had the opportunity to take it all in. It was straight back into other work, straight into holiday prep, straight back to everyday life. But just like after every Homecoming this edition was again a true moment of utterly grounding. It always feels like such a turning point— a reminder, a confirmation, a deeper understanding of why I love what I do. Becoming a mom also sharpened this vision and my “why.” Motherhood showed me how much we actually need each other… how true it takes a village really is. Not just to get through it, but to lean, to learn, and to rise. And honestly, it feels very similar in this industry. It taught me that none of us are meant to do this alone. So maybe @_houseofride became my way of giving back. A space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered— the very things I needed throughout my career, as well as my journey as a mother. And this year’s team… @queenieazabeth @rowenaida @movedbymon @hannahrinn @steyaam waaaw. I feel lucky of every single one of you who helped bring this edition to life. My admiration, love, and respect for you only grew deeper. It’s a blessing to work with people like yourself in such a genuine, heart-level way. And I can’t forget every person that attended — a very late but very real thank you. Thank you for believing in House of Ride again and again. Watching this community grow and evolve from where we started is unreal. It’s humbling, but @_harryfrench_ and I feel so grateful which fuels us for even bigger things.
