Happy Sunday y’all! A little disclaimer. This is not my routine every morning. Some days I’m on top of it and other days I’m not, but whether I am or not, I’m ok with it. I saw something the other day that said something so negative in regards to people making reels like this. Let me say this: Let folks live. You never know how someone is coping with something that they’re dealing with. Whether it brings them joy or it’s just for the fun of it, it’s THEIR business. Everybody isn’t doing things for the algorithm. For a some of us, this is really our everyday life. Just because you don’t do it doesn’t mean someone else isn’t or their “faking it”. For some of us, it’s how we keep ourselves accountable in the face of challenging mental health issues. Either way, it’s what folks CHOOSE to do and that’s their business.
