Myrtha is from the Trentino Alto-Adige region though has strong ties to Oregon as she went to college at Oregon State University, and worked at Ayers Creek Farm as well as with @sarahminnick_ Lovely’s 50-50. She planned our radicchio expeditions to Italy connecting us with growers and other farming advocates we would not otherwise have access to. Myrtha is also the founder of the biennial winter vegetable celebration - Giàz - which will take place again in Mezzolombardo, Italy in December 2022 for growers and chefs. Myrtha will join us at both the Symposium and Sagra del Radicchio to answer questions and inspire you with her infectious passion and energy.
