Let’s make a quick high protein lunch! Seasoned Ground Beef ✨1lb lean grass fed ground beef ✨1/2 tablespoon avocado oil ✨1 small onion, finely minced ✨2 cloves garlic, minced ✨2 green onions, chopped ✨1 teaspoon garlic powder & onion powder ✨1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika ✨1 tablespoon soy sauce Sauté oil and onion until translucent. Add garlic, green onions, and ground beef. Once browned, stir in seasonings and soy sauce. Cook until no longer pink. Taste and adjust salt.
