Last nights fundraiser for @thisisabouthumanity was a giant success. Through education and an assembled community response, @thisisabouthumanity facilitates numerous trips to the border, fiscal scholarship funds, construction projects, essential product drives and more to meet the migrant community where they need support. Since January 2021, the number of displaced migrant children grew from 380 to nearly 3,500, and counting. Children are among the most vulnerable of all people, especially when they are forced to migrate. @thisisabouthumanity educational spaces (ludotecas) provide a safe space for children to learn, socialize, play and, most importantly, enjoy childhood.
