baby steps: the human body is remarkable. muscles throughout my arms are sore as i type this but wow it feels good. ⠀ i love trying new things, but also returning to what i loved as a child. bouldering felt right. it’s allowed me to stop, breathe, and think. to marinate in the moment. and living my life which is: go, go, go on a trillion... let’s just say this new journey has already begun to change me. ⠀ also, climbing gyms are such a vibe. strangers are so supportive. it’s funny to watch these videos back: the descent feels so much higher than going up. finally my arms were telling me to stop, and to my surprise i was probably 3 feet off the ground, vs 6. such is life. ⠀ thank you @lessslieee_p for being my buddy
