“I feel good to make people happy.” I still feel that way (but hopefully with a deeper voice and better grammar). An old friend sent some footage from when we had the privilege of singing at ground zero and firehouses the week of the #September11th attacks with our Off-Broadway show. I’ll never forget seeing all of the debris distilled in the air like paused snow. Despite the palpable sadness, I’ll always remember the kindness that prevailed afterward.
