Anyone who knew my mom, knew what a spitfire she was. She was the most outgoing, personable, hilarious person. She was a leader. She was my families leader. She loved me and my sister and my dad endlessly, through every flaw. She made an impression on everyone. You could not leave a room without noticing her presence. She fought so hard through the past year through her battle with breast cancer. She fought through the end and refused to let it win. Even though the cancer took over her body, her soul stands resilient. Mom, I will miss you so much. I will miss you every day and everywhere. I’ll miss you when I see the beach, or when I see a redhead. I will miss you when I hear classic rock. I will miss you when I drink old fashions, when I eat soft pretzels. I will miss you everywhere. I hope you’re at peace and free of pain from the cancer and from our crazy dogs. I will love you forever. 06/18/1968 – 02/03/23♥️
