Monday check in 🤍 I’m an extremely observant person.. and let me tell you, the people who hold onto resentment, bitterness, grudges, or they don’t know how to move on from a situation are always (in some way shape or form) miserable. And they continuously project that. On the other hand, the people I’ve watched let go of negativity, move forward, and are focused on self growth and healing, are thriving. They are the kindest and most genuine. When you realize YOU are the most important person in your life, you will understand that letting go of people and situations that don’t bring value to you will be the best decision you ever make. Let me remind you, you know who you are, you know your intentions, you know your heart. Don’t let negative, sad people bring you down to their level.
