🦋🦋🦋 the Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. -exodus 15:2 first triathlon!!! so so so much fun — i loved this challenge and the joy of finishing something hard! the Lord is my strength, and that was proven over and over again throughout this morning. so grateful for the prayers and encouragement i’ve received during these weeks of training 🩵
