Amazing day of chef on the road training with Vivek. We passed the driving and cooking training and then headed out unsupervised to deliver some @fredsmeatbread to Westfield. Our first order was a bit rough as I forgot the mushrooms on the Shroomshire Cheesesteak (whoops!) and then took a tumble on my way back to the mobile restaurant...icing my ankle for the rest of the night. ;) Huge thanks to the understanding customers and the @wonder COR Training Team. Such a fun evening — can’t wait to get back out there soon!
