The artist's latest work, “Cafeteria” (2022), is a monumental wall installation that responds to ICA Miami’s three-story staircase and its multiple landings and perspective. Here, Abney’s unique style and multi-dimensional approach to storytelling allows viewers to experience her point of view. Throughout the mural Abney creates still lifes that are visible from different perspectives.
