The time between summer and the winter holidays are my favorite months. The weather starts to change, football is back, comfort food slowly returns, apple season in full swing, it’s my birthday, and this year my wedding too 🥰
I feel like with the summer fun and chaos of travel, it’s easy to lose routine at home. Before we know it, Halloween and Thanksgiving are around the corner. This is why I started my Gut Health Reset 3 years ago. It’s the perfect amount of time (6 weeks) of accountability for healthy habits. It “resets” us before the latter half of the year fun begins.
Each week we will introduce a new habit (shown in slides) and stack them on top of each other. We’re starting the first week of September strong with daily steps — aiming for 10k a day. I just want to get us moving! Then we will try to hold on to that habit as we slowly introduce new ones 🙌🏼
