Some pictures from the course about "Gelato in fine dining" that we organized in collaboration with @_hangar78 and @silikomartprofessional. Our chef, Stefano Marinucci, created a buffalo milk gelato paired with a cherry tomato sorbet and a "Polenta" gelato. In this pictures he used our Freeze&Go and Ready 8 12 from the #foodservice range.
