Final set of 225lb for a 4x4. Right after a 250lb top single. I’ve been finally getting my strength and my life back together after dealing with some severe depression-induced alcoholism for about a year and a half and barely training at all during that time. Got 2 DUI’s in less than a month last year and spent my 23rd birthday in the drunk tank. Took a lot to finally dig myself out of that hole.
