Tour Throwbacks Pt. 2- @pattayaelephantsanctuary in Chon Buri, Thailand 🇹🇭🐘 (Oct 2023) • A magical experience that will forever be dear to my heart. Pattaya Elephant Sanctuary is an ethical rescue run by a small group of kind and dedicated staff, who provide these incredible creatures with constant care, love, and respect. The elephants we met were all rescued from abusive and exploitative situations (and for an exorbitant price). Imagining the horrors they have endured, to now see the close bonds they have with their caretakers, and how curious and happy they are to interact with humans is truly beautiful.
