The Kalahari lion, uniquely adapted for life in the desert. Ever since I first came to Africa a year ago, I’ve been eagerly waiting to have a moment like this with a wild male lion. Yesterday, the stars finally aligned for me and this young male, who had just finished feasting on a fresh zebra kill nearby with his brother.
