Here’s an oil painting that I’ve been working on lately. The Hoh Rainforest, located in Washington’s Olympic Peninsula is the most carefully preserved rain forest in the northern hemisphere. The Hoh receives between 140 and 170 inches of rain a year and some of the trees that live there are over 1000 years old.
