If you wondered why I was MIA...Carlos and I celebrated our Chinese Tea Ceremony last night with the most important people in our lives- our family! It was great to celebrate with those who have raised us, molded us to who we are today! We are also thankful for everyone who took the time, traveled and celebrated with us! Thanks to my parents for hosting the party! My mom is a great florist and did the flowers while I assisted! I think the backdrop came out beautiful! Our cake came from a traditional Chinese baker that has been in the game for years, made with fresh fruit and hand designed buttercream of a dragon and phoenix. @beautybycrystal made me look like a Chinese princess with the HMU! She killed it! @eastmeetsdress custom made the two dresses I wore. As a plus size Chinese woman it is extremely hard finding traditional wear in an extended size. They did their thing and made my dreams come true! We customized designed and fabrics and they were the best to work with. Till the wedding....... 😜😘
