Masculine energy: problem solver, focused, loves a challenge, task oriented, protective, logical, structured, outward action Feminine energy: free, flowing, open, emotion driven, nurturer, creative, vulnerable, compassionate + empathetic, receptive Let me start by saying that in no way is leading with your masculine energy a bad thing. However, I found I was becoming burnt out. Especially because I am extremely creative person but I was spending so much energy on the tasks I needed to be in my masculine energy for. The key for me was to find balance between the two. Bc yes, as a ceo, you need to be a go getter but I would go through phases where I would “grind” for a few days straight then feel stuck. I decided to come up with a system where I could incorporate more of my feminine energy and still reach my goals. In fact, I became way more successful because I was truly align with my process. Here are a few things I did daily to nurture my feminine energy: ✨improv dance I turned on the music and let my body lead. ✨letting myself feel all of my emotions I got used to almost being scared of feeling “bad” emotions that I would try to avoid feeling them by distracting myself with other things. Let me tell you, the only way out is through. Stop trying to avoid things. It’s ok to feel negative emotions. In fact, you don’t appreciate the positive emotions without feeling the negative. Journaling is one thing that helps a lot of people really feel their emotions. I personally like to talk them out with a friend. The key is not to try to justify these feelings, just acknowledge them. And remember that feelings don’t last forever. ✨Indulge in your creative side Personally, this is something I crave. There are so many ways to tap into your creative energy. One of my favorite ways is playing with makeup. I am a makeup artist so maybe that’s why lol but I can’t get enough of the art. I also love painting, especially abstract✨✨
