🌽Today, our culinary director @ariellemamiye is making CORN LATKES! 👨‍🌾The recipe comes from farmer, writer and food entrepreneur Hedai Offaim (@offaime) who is based in the Ella Valley, outside of Jerusalem. Hedai’s corn latkes are inspired by his Polish grandmother Rivka and the seasonal bounty of the land.
