Raspberry White Choc Weetbix 🍰 Weetbix base, layered with juicy raspberries, white choc cream & chocolate ganache 🤤 single serve, only 7 ingredients & GF xx Base: 2 weetbix, crushed 90-100ml almond milk 1 tbs sweetener (stevia or maple syrup) Cream: 140g Greek yoghurt - I use @yoproau 15g @macr0mike white choc protein (discount: ‘amb-Miranda) Ganache: 10g white chocolate - I use @vitawerx 20g yoghurt 10ml almond milk 50g rapsberries Method: 1. Crush weetbix in a bowl, add sweetener and almond milk. Mix together and smooth it over for the base. 2. Roughly mash raspberries in a bowl with a fork and spread over the base. 3. In a seperate bowl, mix together yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Spread over the raspberries. 4. Melt white choc in a bowl in the microwave (I do 15-30 sec intervals so it doesn’t burn). Mix in the yoghurt until smooth. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to thin. Spread over the cream layer and place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour or overnight.
