I know the holidays can be a really tough time for some— wether you're experiencing loss, navigating sobriety during a "party" time, dealing with anxiety or just sick and missing out. Having to quarantine with COVID last year away from my family on Juju's first Christmas was a really hard and anxious holiday for me.
