continuing to move @fwrd by breaking karmic cycles 🪐🔓 the past few weeks have been powerful for me. i’m being reminded to listen to my body because we hold trauma in them and don’t realize how deep. to set boundaries because i’ll give until i have nothing left. and to always lead with loving intentions because from it everything will be okay 🤍☯️
