Every show I’ve seen & liked since my son was born just over a year ago. Something interesting about (my experience) with parenthood is that while there is less room for spontaneity, there has been more room in my life for thoughtful planning, for prioritizing what makes me happy (in my limited free time) & for plans that don’t involve a hangover. By FAR my favorites here were Oh! Mary and Hills of California (just came out... GO SEE THIS!) But I’d also recommend: Suffs- the perfect mother-daughter date Hell’s Kitchen- for a HIGH ENERGY show! The plot is a little nonsensical, but it’s very fun. The Notebook- for a good cry before it closes Once Upon a Mattress- if you have a little girl in your life, or want to please your inner child. Stereophonic- if Daisy Jones & The Six is your favorite band (IYKYK) Wicked- better the second time around! Water for Elephants- you can probably get cheap seats to this and the choreography makes up for the rest of it (so sorry but it’s true) Merrily We Roll Along- .... next time it comes around :) All of these shows were good... because as I said up top I only included the ones I liked! #broadway
