It was my 20th high school reunion this weekend, but instead I was here, at The Emmy’s, supporting my dear friend @mingey, taking images of her getting ready for her big night, looking like a mermaid princess. And then I got to scream and jump for joy when she WON!!! Holy hell does she deserve it! And I’m hugging and encouraging my little 18 year old self who dared to dream, especially when everyone around her told her she wasn’t going to amount to anything. She believed in herself. And she believed in the people she met along the way. Tonight is so incredibly beautiful. Getting to be a witness to the amazing talent and beauty of the friends around me and sharing what I see with the world, it’s the most incredible gift.
