Our morning bun is crafted from our croissant dough, which takes three days to make - layer upon layer of Normandy butter, organic flour from Utah and organic milk. The Dojo team fills each morning bun with sugar, a little cinnamon and freshly zested orange before rolling them. The orange zest gives our morning buns a beautiful brightness.
