It’s been a long road. So proud of what @james_edward_henry_ and @shaunbarneykelly have achieved in creating this magnificent place and their incredible persistence and resistance despite the difficulties and delays along the way. I feel so privileged to have been able to watch this process- from Shaun’s self taught knowledge of agriculture and permaculture, to planting the orchard, seeing the garden and vegetables grow, to James unwavering determination and attention to detail in overseeing the construction and transformation of the building into a restaurant...So many great times and memories already and this is just the beginning 💜 Now open for bookings @le_doyennerestaurant_
