@crimestopperstrust warns that the risk of ‘walk-in’ burglaries, where burglars enter through open windows or doors is particularly prevalent during Summer, yet new research from John Lewis Home Insurance has found that many of us are leaving our homes at risk by not locking up. 🔑 Almost 60% admitted never locking their downstairs windows and one in five leave their homes with the downstairs windows open.
